As I have written before, install 13.6 (last fully OS X version, which is supporting your hardware) with suiteable SMB of IMac 12. If you are able to get it fully working with PM, AGPM, USB2/3 etc., then you can try to fake a newer SBM of Imac with AMD gfx and make it fully working on.
